Wear sunscreen protection before going out the sun

Another way to prevent fast aging is to avoid slouching or having a bad posture. You should always aim at improving and maintaining a good posture, even when sitting or standing up.
When standing, you should always aim at having your back straight with your shoulders pulled back. You should also keep your head held high at all times when walking or standing up.
By correcting your posture and keeping a good one, you can prevent excessive strain on your muscles, spine and joints. With that, you can also prevent injury and be able to improve your mood.
Plus, proper posture is a sign of confidence and can make you feel stronger and younger.

Cut back on alcohol

If you want to keep looking younger, longer, you should limit alcohol intake. If you cannot help but drink, aim at drinking only once a week.
In case you don’t know it, alcohol causes free radical damage, which speeds up the process of aging because it damages healthy skin cells and lead to inflammation.

Reduce sugar intake

If you cannot help but add sugar in your coffee, you must at least minimize it. Or else, you will suffer from fast aging because sugar can contribute to skin dehydration, leading to wrinkles and fine lines later.
