    Yes, this is great stuff, my family has been using it for years, adding it in to tea in the evening to help sleep better, and my mother has always given it to us as kids for immunity.

    We also usually get it from a local farmers market.

    great information, I’ve been taking bee pollen on and off for the past 3 weeks, and feeling a lot more energetic. I suggest to not get store bought stuff, but directly from the farmer’s market or actual be keeper, this way you know there are no additives
